1. Overview
This Return, Refund & Shipping Policy applies to all physical products (clothing and apparel) purchased from Supmed LLC through our website.
By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
2. Returns
We accept returns of eligible products within 14 days from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return:
• the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
• all original tags and packaging must be intact.
• proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
• worn, washed, or damaged items
• items returned without original tags or packaging
• personalized or custom-made products (if applicable)
• items returned after the 14-day return period
4. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@supmed.net with:
• your order number
• the item(s) you wish to return
• the reason for the return
We will provide you with return instructions after reviewing your request.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:
• a defective product
• an incorrect item sent by us
In such cases, Supmed LLC will cover the return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
• the refund will be processed to the original payment method
• refunds are issued within 7–10 business days
• original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless required by law
Refunds are processed through the same payment provider used for the original transaction (e.g. Stripe).
7. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at

• your order number
• a description of the issue
• clear photos of the product and packaging
We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
